Refund & Cancellation Policy

Sales are final once access is granted

Because a StreamPass unlocks access the moment it's issued, all sales are final once the pass has been issued or the stream has been accessed. Watching, or opening the watch link for, a live or replay stream counts as access.

When we will consider a refund

At our discretion, we may issue a refund in these situations:

• Before you access the stream. If you bought a pass and have not yet opened the stream, contact us before the event and we'll review a refund or transfer.
• A verified failure on our side. If the event did not take place, or a technical fault on our platform prevented you from watching and we could not resolve it, we'll refund the affected purchase.
• Duplicate or accidental charges. If you were charged more than once for the same pass, we'll refund the duplicates.

Problems caused by your own device, browser, or internet connection are not grounds for a refund on their own — but tell us anyway, because we want you to be able to watch and will try to help.

How to request a refund

Email support@jamaicaevents.com with the email address you used at checkout and the event name. Please reach out as soon as possible — ideally before the event, or within a reasonable time after. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method; your bank may take a few business days to post them.

Free and complimentary access

Free events and complimentary passes carry no charge, so there is nothing to refund. If such a pass is withdrawn, no payment is involved.

Chargebacks

If you don't recognize a charge or think something went wrong, please contact us first — we can almost always sort it out faster than a bank dispute. Filing a chargeback will result in the associated StreamPass access being revoked.
